ModernSTL presents its 2025 Fall Home Tour in the historic Ridgewood subdivision in Crestwood on Saturday, October 11 from 1-6 p.m. The self-guided driving/walking tour, sponsored by Ted Wight Real Estate and Svoboda-Shell Real Estate, features multiple unique mid-century modern ranch homes designed by famed local architect Ralph Fournier and built by successful St. Louis developer Burton Duenke in the 1950s. All tour proceeds will benefit the ModernSTL Preservation Fund to help preserve mid-century modern architecture in St. Louis, including a special effort already underway to get the Ridgewood Subdivision listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
