West Co. Modern Home Tour

The tour is featuring five unique homes in the Chesterfield and West St. Louis County area, as well as a special opportunity to tour The Abbey Church at St. Louis Priory School, designed by legendary local architect Gyo Obata and consecrated in 1962. Tour homes include three custom Burton Duenke mid-century modern homes in the Riverbend Estates neighborhood, a Ralph Fournier designed home and a new modern display home in the Waterfront at Wildhorse Village subdivision. This is a driving tour - prepare to drive between tour stops with street parking available at each.

Tour check-in will be in the parking lot of St. Louis Priory School, located at: 500 South Mason Road, St. Louis, MO 63141. Check in is between 1-3:30 p.m. Priory tours close at 4 p.m. sharp.

Barrett Brae Home Tour

Tour seven difference mid-century modern homes in the iconic St. Louis County neighborhood of Barrett Brae. Founded in 1955, the Barrett Brae subdivision is partly in Kirkwood, and partly in unincorporated St. Louis county. The word “Brae” is Scottish for “hillside” and the homes are nestled into the rolling hills to the north of Barrett Station and Big Bend roads. Tickets are $30/each and are on sale now in our e-commerce store.

ModernSTL Heart of Crestwood Home Tour

ModernSTL presents our first home tour in nearly three years!

The Heart of Crestwood Tour - from mid-century to modern, encompassing structures built from 1962 - 2004. Tour six homes and a church built during the 1960s and 1970s and even the early part of the 21st century.

Tour is from 1PM to 6PM on Saturday May 14

Tour cost is $30 per person. Once online purchase is completed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please show this email at one of the three tour check-in spots to obtain the tour map/ticket.
