ModernSTL presents its 2026 Fall Home Tour, exploring mid-century modern architecture across Olivette, Ladue, and Creve Coeur on Saturday, October 10 from 12-6 p.m. This self-guided tour showcases a curated selection of standout mid-century modern homes and commercial gems. This year's tour is proudly sponsored by Bower Leet Design, Svoboda-Shell Real Estate, Moderne Archive, Ted Wight Real Estate, and Luby’s Great Estate, whose support helps make this event possible.

All proceeds benefit the ModernSTL Preservation Fund, supporting the preservation of mid-century modern architecture throughout St. Louis.
