ModernSTL presents its 2026 Fall Home Tour Mid-County Modern on Saturday, October 10 from 12-6 p.m. The self-guided driving tour, sponsored by Bower Leet Design and Svoboda-Shell Real Estate, features a variety of unique mid-century modern and modern homes in the Ladue, Creve Coeur, and Olivette area. Also included is the historic mid-century First Church of Christ Scientist, which will be the tour check-in location. All tour proceeds will benefit the ModernSTL Preservation Fund to help preserve mid-century modern architecture in St. Louis.
